Italian characters posters reveal the rumors of Trolls World Tour

Universal Pictures today released the Italian characters posters of Trolls World Tour, the new animated adventure created by DreamWorks Animation.

The colorful posters reveal what will be the Italian voices of the protagonists of the cartoon, namely Francesca Michelin (Poppy), Stash (Branch), Elodie (Regina Barb) and Sergio Sylvestre (Mini Diamante).

Universal Pictures International Italy is pleased to announce the Italian voices of the sequel to the 2016 DreamWorks Animation animated musical, TROLLS WORLD TOUR.

In this new adventure we find Poppy, the protagonist voiced by Francesca Michielin, one of the most complete and interesting artists on the current scene, working on the new album that will be released in the spring. Poppy will be accompanied on her adventure by the inseparable Branch, voiced by the award-winning singer and guitarist of The Kolors, Stash.

Our heroes will be catapulted far beyond what they have known in the past, Poppy and Branch discover that they are only one of the six tribes of Troll scattered on six different lands and that express themselves through six different types of music: Funk, Country, Techno, Classic , Pop and Rock. Their world is therefore about to become much larger and much louder.

But, as a member of hard-rock royalty, Queen Barb who will have the unmistakable voice of Elodie, wants to destroy all other types of music to make rock reign supreme. With the fate of the world at stake, Poppy and Branch, together with their friends including Mini Diamante voiced by the eclectic artist Sergio Sylvestre, leave to visit all the other lands and join the Trolls in harmony against Barb, who instead does everything to put them in the shade.

Pop star Justin Timberlake, who won an Oscar nomination for his contribution to the first Trolla movie three years ago, returns to the franchise as executive music producer for the Dreamworks Animation Trolls World Tour soundtrack, whose premiere is scheduled by March 2020.

Assisted by the composer and producer, winner of the Grammy Award and the Academy, Ludwig Göransson, Timberlake produced, wrote and performed new original music for the film and its RCA album. Chris Stapleton, Kelly Clarkson, Anderson Paak, Mary J. Blige, Anna Kendrick, George Clinton and SZA will also appear on the soundtrack.

The album serves as a continuation of the 2016 Trolls soundtrack that was also produced by Timberlake, and which featured the quadruple single platinum “Can’t Stop The Feeling!”.

This important theme won a Grammy for best song for visual media in addition to his Oscar and Golden Globe nominations.
Musicians with vocal roles in the film include Blige, Paak, Clarkson, J Balvin, Ozzy Osbourne, Ester Dean, George Clinton, Jamie Dornan, Gustavo Dudamel and Charlyne Yi. The high concentration of singers and musicians in the cast of voices is not random, so we will be enjoying several musical genres within the plot.

Ozzy Osbourne to the cinema: It will be King Thrash in new Trolls movie

Osbourne's voice will be heard on the big screens under the new Trolls film, entitled "Trolls World Tour". Within the plot, the character of King Trash will be in charge of destroying all styles of music, leaving only rock to power.

The release date of the tape was set for April 17, 2020.

Recall that on April 4 the musician postponed his full tour of 2019. This because in February he had a pneumonia and then suffered a fall in his house for which he had to be operated.

Upon suspending the tour, Ozzy Osbourne made a statement to show his anger and frustration over what happened and thanked his fans for his love and support. The concerts were reagended for 2020.

Although his family has declared that he is in good health, we will not see the artist's return to the world stage for this year.
